Discussion

Why is the painting named "Discussion"?

The Supreme Master Ching Hai says, "Most people's discussions are based upon what they read! They have no personal experience. Therefore, I suggest that they just put two books here! All their opinions are from the books! The table is slanted, symbolizing their ill-conceived thoughts and concepts. The somber colors represent the level of the Asuras, who are fond of arguing, quarrelling and fighting with each other. Both of the books are called 'No.1'. Both claiming to be the ultimate, they are engaged in a heated argument."
