The
background of the painting is a vast sky. The Supreme Master Ching
Hai humorously remarked that the flowers in the picture were supposed
to be roses. However, after She had been painting for a while, they
became different. All the flowers look very tense and astonished.
It seems that they are being filled up with the wind. Their eyes and
mouths are wide open, as if wondering what is going to happen. Because
they have fallen down from the fifth floor, it is hard to tell where
they will land.
The
Supreme Master Ching Hai told a funny story concerning this painting.
She said a person carried flowers to his lover in the Fifth Realm.
Perhaps they had a fight later, and his lover chased him away. Afterwards,
this pot of flowers was thrown out of the windows!
