War-torn Sudan Reels From Famine.
The
seriousness of the situation is beyond description. Responding to
this, Supreme Master Ching Hai immediately arranged for US$50,000
to be sent to Medecins Sans Frontieres (Doctors Without Borders) in
Switzerland and US$49,985 to be sent to the International Red Cross
in Switzerland, to buy medicines and other necessities for the famine
victims in Southern Sudan.

of Appreciation And Acknowledgement

Let
me very sincerely thank you for your generosity and interest
in our organization. Your grant of USD50,000.-, which we have
received, will greatly help us in our work to fight against
famine in South Sudan. We are currently mobilizing a lot of
our human and financial resources to save as many people as
possible. But the dedication and the know-how of our volunteers
would be useless without your support and your help. |

I
have pleasure in acknowledging receipt of your remittance
of USD49,985.- (CHF 75,102,46) representing a donation from
The Supreme Master Ching Hai International Association towards
the humanitarian activities of the International committee
of the Red Cross in favour of the famine victims in Sudan. |
