There
was a little girl who was praying in her bedroom. When her grandfather
passed by, he tried to listen while she was praying. But all he heard
was “A, B, C, D, E, F...” through the whole alphabet.
The girl recited it over and over again so the grandfather said, “Hey
kid, what are you doing?” And the granddaughter said, “I’m
praying.” So he said, “What kind of prayer is that?”
And the girl said, “Well, I tried to pray to God, but I don’t
know what to say to Hirm. So I gave Hirm the whole alphabet, and Hes
can put it together Hirmself.”
